I had a great experience with Farr! Our 2013 Honda Pilot needed some attention. They took care of the problem, the cost was much less than expected, and the service was fast! (Back in less than a day) These guys are honest and reliable. Highly recommend!

We got unlucky with bad ac compressor but these guys took it back, figured out what was wrong, and got it back to me quickly! They definitely go out of their way to take of their customers!

Just found out that these people stole my jack from my car I keep in my drunk underwear it’s cover. I know this because I live by myself in a small studio and only use it for oil changes every so often. I brought my car in to get my trunk latch fixed which also they broke my hood latch which I wasn’t going to say anything even though I had no idea why they’d need to go under the hood to fix my trunk. But I am beyond pissed. I’m sitting here trying to do an oil change and now I can’t. They were the last and only other people to go into my trunk since I’m the only person who drives or has keys for my car. And like I said I don’t know anybody else out here I pretty much just work and live by myself in a one bedroom studio so I 100 percent believe they stole it it was a blue duralast jack and I still have the two stands but no jack

I had a great experience with this shop. Had some in-depth but routine maintenance to take care of. Nick was fantastic to work with and the guys did a great job. Took the time to explain everything that was needed, answered all my questions, and great communication. Estimated to take 2-3 days but they had it ready after just 1 day in the shop. Would definitely return for any future work on my truck.

The guys at Farr Automotive have been great to work with. I had a pretty significant vehicle repair in an older vehicle and John did a terrific job. Nolan and Nick had great communication throughout the process and listened to all my concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully. I really appreciate everyone who works there and will continue to bring my vehicles to their shop in the future. Thank you!
